• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is presumed to be authorized by you.
• AccommoZED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or any applicable law.
3. USE OF THE PLATFORM
• The AccommoZED website is a digital marketplace connecting Guests seeking accommodation with Hosts offering properties for rent.
• By using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct.
• Users must not post or upload false, defamatory, or offensive material, interfere with site security, or copy and exploit any content without written authorization.
• You must comply with all applicable Zambian laws and regulations when using the platform.
4. WEBSITE CONTENT AND ACCURACY
• AccommoZED strives to ensure accuracy of listings, pricing, and descriptions. However, information provided by Hosts is self-reported, and AccommoZED does not guarantee that listings or images are error-free.
• AccommoZED is not liable for misstatements, cancellations, or third-party links.
• Users are encouraged to verify property details directly with Hosts before confirming bookings.
5. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS
• All bookings and payments processed through AccommoZED are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable service fees.
• AccommoZED uses secure third-party payment processors but is not responsible for unauthorized access or breaches beyond its control.
• By making a payment, you authorize AccommoZED and its partners to process transactions, charge applicable fees, and share payment details with financial institutions for verification.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• All content on the AccommoZED platform—including text, images, videos, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of AccommoZED or its licensors.
• Users may not reproduce, modify, or use any site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Property photos and descriptions uploaded by Hosts remain the Host’s property but grant AccommoZED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and market them.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• The AccommoZED platform and services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.
• AccommoZED and its affiliates are not liable for loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, property defects, or indirect damages.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold AccommoZED harmless from any claims or damages arising from misuse or breach of these terms.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
• AccommoZED does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

• All responsibility for service delivery lies with the Host, unless AccommoZED has a Property Management Agreement in place.
